Originally this project was going to be a remodel and addition but after exploratory demolition Sweatman-Young, Inc. recommended a complete rebuild of the original home. The new custom home offers everything this family needs that the previous house didn’t from level floors and straight walls to a covered porch and the most modern appliances.
This custom home has a beautiful view of everything from Tacoma to Seattle. With an in-home theater, game room and a cozy place to cuddle up in the “view room” it would be hard to leave! The detached workshop and barn provide plenty of space to store toys and explore creative hobbies.
